LIFE – Let It Flow Easy!!

A quick recap  – We are governed by the laws of the Universe and if we can understand those laws and how they work, life would become a different game altogether. A far more interesting, mesmerizing, meaningful rather than an accidental occurrence as most of us often tend to think about our life. Our birth to our parents, the country we are born in, the year and time of our birth and the way our life unfolds – none of it is just a random occurrence.  The power to change our destiny, that power of freedom to choose our thoughts and our actions, is always available to us.  To choose wisdom or to continue with the ignorance, and create our experiences of OUR LIFE,  that choice is always available to us.

Whilst there are various laws, but the most critical laws for us to understand and master are :

1) Law of Duality – everything exists in contrasts or opposites. We cant experience one, without the other. Light/ Dark, Good/ Bad, Negative/ Positive, Happiness/ Sadness, Life/ Death so on and so forth are two sides of the same coin. Duality makes all of this existence whole.

2) Law of Impermanence – nothing is ever permanent. It is constantly changing, constantly evolving. Our moods change, our body changes, weathers change. There is no point in holding onto anything which is ever changing. The desire to control, for things to be status quo is futile. Whatever takes birth, has to eventually die.

Duality and Impermanence walk in hand. They make each other complete.

3) Laws of the Mind – Our awareness and focus determines our reality. This is determined by the kind of thoughts we have. We have to become mindful of what we feed our inner world, the sacred space of our mind with. Whatever goes in, comes out. Put garbage in, garbage will come out.

4) Law of Karma / Cause and effect – Whatever actions we choose to take, from the mind, whether with awareness or unawareness, will produce some result / feedback.  Nature doesn’t label the outcome as good or bad – it is our expectation of it and the unconscious habit of labelling it, is what makes it good or bad. Whatever we sow, is what we reap.  We sow kindness, kindness comes back. We sow fear, fear comes back.

The laws of the mind and the laws of Karma, make it easier for us to understand the Law of Attraction.  Remember, we do not attract what we desire or want, we attract who we are.  Who we are is a function of our thoughts, feelings, actions. So if our thoughts are negative, its a no brainer, we will attract more of the negative thoughts, and thus more of negative experiences over a period of time.  So if our thoughts are predominantly of fear – fear of losing out, fear of growing old, fear of losing money, fear of losing relationships, fear of being alone, fear of failing, fear of falling sick, we will attract / manifest exactly those kind of experiences ( remember it is law of Karma, the law of cause and effect – thoughts are the seeds that we sow, and repeating those very thoughts through words or actions, we nurture those very seeds which eventually would magnify and grow into a tree and bear fruits – perhaps fruits that we did not want or like).

If on the other hand, our thoughts are predominantly positive, those of love, compassion, care – we will experience or manifest exactly those in our life.

Life always gives us feedback in terms of outcomes. If the outcome is not the one that we want, we need to change the origin of it – our thoughts. If your experience of life, is not what you want, you have to change the inner world first. What is inside comes outside. If you don’t like what is outside, change inside.

The choice to live with wisdom or with ignorance is always there, in every single moment. You decide!
