LIFE – Let It Flow Easy!!

I found it very meaningful and equally reflective as I read this “….the only thing of true importance in this material life is the way we live and how we treat other people. The circumstances of our life mean nothing compared to our compassion and acceptance of others..”

LOVE – I don’t think we have yet managed to understand this word.  What all it encompasses and what it really means to all of us, the entire universe, the whole of existence.  What it means on this planet earth – including humans, animals, plants or for that matter even water. The power of words like gratitude and love as part of Dr Emoto’s research on water and human consciousness takes one to a different level of awareness.

Our human minds have then classified love into “conditional” and “unconditional” love. And this version of human love changes depending on whether or not our laid down conditions are met in our relationships (work, family, friends). So one moment we are in love and the next moment we are not.  The movement of LOVE in the human mind is pretty much like what we see on the ECG machine, cyclical, moves up and down. We claim to love people but we really don’t understand what it means to us and what it means to them. Love which changes its shades based on fulfillment of certain conditions is not Love. Those are simply conditions. Love just is…pure, honest, sincere.  We either love or we don’t. Dalai Lama summed it all up  “Love is the absence of judgment.”

Nature (our spiritual mind, our essence, our ONE consciousness) does not distinguish between conditional or unconditional love. We find compassion, love, encouragement, happiness, collaboration in all of creation. Our Sun shines equally for everyone – humans, animals, plants, our Moon and stars reflect their beauty equally for all the kingdoms – human, animal, plant…The abundance and love of nature is void of any discrimination or conditions.  The pure form of love is all around us all the time.  We just need the eyes to see and an open mind and heart to receive.

It’s been my longest quest to understand as to why we humans become so miser in giving love and what limits our ability receive it? And whilst am still on the journey of syncing my spiritual and human mind, I have come to my own understanding of how we broadly operate.

Love is an emotion – energy in motion.  Gratitude and love vibrate at a frequency which aligns with our very essence.  Love makes us radiate. Love can wipe away all tears and pain.  Anything done with love lifts our spirit.  We become beautiful in love.  Any work done out of love becomes passion for work.  It connects with the deepest, truest self.  Rumi said, “Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.”

The essence of all of life is only and only love.  Yet all of our life is a crusade juggling between love and fear /ego.  It’s the fear of hurt –that leads to loneliness, depression, anxiety disorders.  Only if we could see how it restricts our experience of life.  Emotions are our energy communicating with ourselves – its through this that non-physical communicates with the physical.  Its through this that the spiritual mind connects with the human mind trying to sync physical existence with the universal existence.

But then comes duality – when love is not, fear is. Fear and ingratitude as energy vibrate at the lowest frequency.   Fear is that part of the EGO which prevents us from being vulnerable. Which prevents us from accepting ourselves for who we are and what we can evolve into – we are all capable of being like all the Masters who radiated love, whose touch healed people. The potential of the seed is really unknown.  And we all have that potential.  Fear is the part of the human mind which moves us away from our spiritual mind.

When we truly understand the meaning of love, we don’t close ourselves and raise our fences.  It equally doesn’t mean that we accept anything wrong.  But we are able to differentiate actions vs essence.  Dalai Lama once said, “…there are no bad people, only bad actions…”.

Love has to be expressed both for self and the other. Love for oneself doesn’t make one selfish. In fact it expands us into giving more..for we cannot give what we don’t have. So if we don’t have love for ourselves, we can’t give it to anyone else as well.  Love is about sharing all of ourselves with others which also includes being vulnerable.  Vulnerability is so not for the faint hearted, its only for people who dare to carry their heart on the sleeve.  This foremost requires being HONEST about your own feelings to yourself first and then to others.  It means being AUTHENTIC about your feelings first to yourself and then to others.  It means practicing INTEGRITY to yourself and then to others.

We always remember our experience of how we have been treated by others. The same would hold true for others as well.  When we express our love, kindness and appreciation for all the beauty and ugliness that life offers, that’s total acceptance of life. That’s the real expression of gratitude and love. Love fills every one with JOY.  Lack of love translates into lack of compassion. It is only LOVE that heals. LOVE is the only truth we need to embrace.

At times we just have to move out of our own way to let LOVE and LIFE FLOW.
